- SALEMBAZAAR (SB) is a city online service provider for SB members only. SB will not provide services such as illegal or political oriented requests.
- The Paid membership amount of Rs 100/- is valid for one year. The amount will not be refunded on any reasons.
- SB will collect cash at the time of delivery of Groceries and party Cakes. Other services like payment of EB/Telephone/Data card/School Fees/ Insurance Premium etc.., we will collect cash from you and execute the payments you are suppose to verify our executives our company’s ID card and collect our official receipt before making cash. Original Concerned Receipt will be delivered to you within 48 hours.
- SB will try to deliver the products as per the specifications given on the order form by the user (YOU), it fully reserves a right to deliver a similar or alternate product for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery.
- SB will deliver the Product ordered through us in good condition.
- SB will start to process the order right away once you place the order successfully with us.
- SB will confirm over phone before delivery of your order the payment should be made against our delivery. Cancellation is not accepted after the telephonic confirmation. Credit is not entertained at any cost.
- Every care shall be taken to deliver the goods to the intended recipient. But SB shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods.
- All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice by SB.
- All product related pictures provided are only indicative and for reference only. Original products may vary from the picture seen for that relevant product in the website.
- Cancellations of orders shall not be entertained through website. Cancellations can be done, only thro Customer care Helpline: 0427-4262032 at least 4 Hours before the mentioned/preferred delivery time.
- The Courts at SALEM shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
- SB values your precious time and honors commitment.
- You may provide the preferred date of delivery in the Ordering Page itself and will be delivered at your preferred date.
- All orders placed today till 9.00 PM will be processed and delivered between 1.00 Noon and 9.00 PM the next day. Our delivery vehicle starts in the morning and goes off for deliveries. Any specific request for delivery time can be mentioned in the "Delivery Note" in the Order Confirmation page. Stores on doors reserves right to change the delivery time with notice on need basis, depending on spread of order geographically on day basis.
- Order cancellation and change of commodities will not be entertained at the time of delivery. It can be done online before the material is shipped from our Depot, which can be tracked online from your end, or you may contact Customer Support Executive for help. In the event of Customer not available in the mentioned address at the time of delivery, or door locked and if materials returned back without delivery, an amount of Rs.100/- will be charged towards incidental expenses.
